Damir Skomina is a UEFA football referee from Slovenia.

Skomina was the fourth referee at several UEFA Euro 2008 matches. He refereed the quarterfinal match of the football tournament at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and also refereed the Champions League 2012 round of 16 match between Arsenal and AC Milan.
